8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the app's Profile section:
- Open the resolveX app
- Go to Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion twice
Upon account deletion:
- Your personal information will be permanently deleted
- Your resolution history will be removed
- Your subscription will be cancelled
- A record of the deletion will be kept for compliance purposes

9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@resolvex.online, and we will delete such information.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country, state, or governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using resolveX, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries.
We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
