Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create a free account with your email, and start submitting your technical issues. You'll get 10 free AI queries per day to try out the service.
What types of issues can resolveX help resolve?
resolveX can help with a wide range of technical issues including software bugs, code errors, configuration problems, system administration tasks, network troubleshooting, and general IT support questions. Our AI is trained on millions of technical documents and solutions.
How accurate are the AI-generated solutions?
Our AI provides highly accurate solutions based on extensive training data. However, we recommend always verifying solutions and testing in safe environments before implementing them in production. The AI is a powerful assistant, but human judgment is still important.
Can I use resolveX offline?
Currently, resolveX requires an internet connection to process AI queries. However, you can access your saved resolution history offline. We're working on offline capabilities for future releases.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Tap the "Upgrade" button in the app, select your preferred plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual), and complete the purchase through your App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription will start immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can use any payment method accepted by these platforms, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and carrier billing.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your Premium access continues until the end of your billing period, then you'll automatically revert to the Free plan. No partial refunds are provided.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your conversations and personal information are never shared with third parties. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Profile tab in the app, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account". Confirm the deletion twice. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email privacy@resolvex.online to request account deletion.
How do I export my conversation history?
Premium users can export their conversation history from the History tab. Tap the export icon and choose your preferred format (JSON or PDF). This feature is not available on the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms within the refund eligibility period.
What languages does resolveX support?
Currently, resolveX primarily supports English. We're working on adding support for additional languages including Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Japanese in future updates.
Can I use resolveX for commercial purposes?
Yes, both Free and Premium users can use resolveX for commercial purposes. However, you cannot resell or redistribute solutions generated by the app. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the feedback form in the app's Settings tab, or email support@resolvex.online with details about the bug or feature request. We review all submissions and prioritize based on user impact.
Is there a web version of resolveX?
Currently, resolveX is available only as a mobile app for iOS and Android. A web version is in development and will be released in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
